As required by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are providing to you important information relating to our status, the processing fee we charge and our cancellation charges. We want to ensure that we have been as clear and transparent as possible in all of our communication, including details of any fees or charges which are payable in addition to your lease and maintenance agreement.

Our processing fee
In relation to your order We charge a processing fee of £195+vat for our brokering services . This represents the costs incurred in ordering your vehicle with our nominated supplying dealer. This fee is payable by debit or credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance approval has been received. Our processing fee will be due for payment within 14 days from the date of your order. Our fee is detailed in the quotation and order documentation we have sent you along with our Terms of Business.
Our fee is payable in respect of the service we deliver in processing your vehicle order and lease/service agreements, and for providing a high level of Customer Care for the full duration of your lease. Where support is required throughout the term of your agreement, for example, in processing a mileage review or other administrative work, we do not charge any subsequent fees.
Our cancellation fee
In the event that you choose to cancel provision of our service, a fee is payable to us of £850.00 + VAT (£1,020 inclusive) in the accordance with our Terms of Business, except where your order is delayed beyond 30 days from our original “Estimated Date” as detailed on our New Vehicle Order Form. This does not affect your right to cancel your finance agreement within any cooling off period.
In accordance with the Distance Marketing Directive, regulated customers have the right to cancel without penalty within 14 calendar days from the day place your order online or “accept” our quotation via email. For orders cancelled after 14 calendar days, the following cancellation fees will apply:
If you cancel your order before you sign your Contract Hire or Personal Contract Hire agreement, a cancellation fee of £50 inc VAT will be retained by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts to cover all costs and expenses incurred in arranging the credit hire agreement up to that point. This fee will be deducted from the £195 inc VAT processing fee (otherwise known as the brokerage fee) paid at point of order.
If you cancel your credit hire agreement after you have signed your Contract Hire or Personal Contract Hire agreement, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts will retain the full processing fee of £195 inc VAT(otherwise known as the brokerage fee) to cover all costs and expenses incurred in arranging the credit hire agreement.
Payment of our fee’s
